MetLife Predicts $14 Billion in Pension Risk Transfers in 2025

In its third-quarter earnings call, MetLife stated that it had done $12 billion in pension risk transfer deals in 2025, and expected that it would have a record year, with more than $14 billion in “a few large deals.” This includes a $1.8 billion transaction with Eastman Kodak.
