Strategic Partner
The Association of BellTel Retirees has partnered with Retirees for Justice, providing a series of grants to support advocacy efforts for state and federal legislation protecting the earned benefits of current and future retirees. As one of the most successful retiree activist organizations in the country, over the past 25 years the BellTel Retirees have led multiple successful shareowner proxy victories at Verizon, have been instrumental in eleven changes in corporate governance, and took two cases to the steps of the Supreme Court.
The Association of BellTel Retirees is governed by a volunteer board of directors:
